bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds into bktk. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No additional charges apply for deposits, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals may be held pending investigation in the case of unusual or suspicious activity.

Advancement from one tier to the next depends on each member's consistent activity and participation. Detailed terms relating to cashback apply separately.

bktk is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent and safe environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Playing through bots, scripts or any automated process.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Coordinated or strategic betting for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Exploiting technical errors or malfunctioning games for advantage.
• Harassing, insulting or engaging in harmful conduct towards other members.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to any system on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

If any such conduct is detected, the account may be immediately terminated and funds forfeited. bktk also reserves the right to notify the relevant law enforcement authorities if necessary.
